•Remove, repair and install residential and commercial HVAC related items such as: Air Conditioners, furnaces, packaged units, duct work, thermostats, air filters and filtration systems, zoning systems and dampers, low and high voltage wiring.

•Proficiently use tools necessary to perform required task(s); including gauges, reclaiming machines, hand tools, and ladders.

•Gathers tools and supplies to be used at work site, according to instructions.

•Assists in lifting, positioning and fastening objects and equipment; removes old equipment as required.

•Assist in the more routine maintenance chores, such as cleaning units, filter replacement, rust removal and repainting, draining and filling oil reservoirs.

•Cleans up after jobs at the work site and maintains shop clean and neat.

•Assists in maintaining tools and equipment in good condition, and in keeping supplies and parts in order.

•Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

•Order HVAC parts and equipment for future jobs

•Organize equipment, parts and materials in warehouse by job

•Assist technicians in loading trucks

•Work closely with coordinators to schedule jobs as parts, materials, and equipment arrive

•Pick up and deliver parts/materials to technicians

•Warehouse maintenance and cleaning

•Schedule Vehicle maintenance

•Other duties as assigned

· Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope for comprehensive cost estimates.

· Collaborate with coordinators to understand requirements and timelines.

· Conduct thorough material take-offs for accurate pricing.

· Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for competitive pricing.

· Utilize historical data and industry benchmarks for precise estimates.

· Identify cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.

· Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client interactions.

· Maintain a strong industry network to support the bidding process.

· Stay updated with industry trends in Mechanical systems.

· Process Purchase orders & vendor invoices

· Process Customer Payments

· Collect past due balances

· Process invoices

· Work closely with accounting manager to cross train in other accounting areas

· Updating and adding data into software as received

· Other accounting duties as needed
